- Give us enough to reproduce it, and nothing you had to break the law to obtain.
- Please hold publication until we have replied and had a reasonable chance to remedy it.
- We will tell you what we found, what we changed, and when — whether or not the report was valid.
- Good-faith reporters are credited if they wish to be, and never pursued.
