Terms of service

Gold AI is software that holds mandates you author over gold and carries them out within limits you set. You define the objective and every boundary around it; we are responsible for honouring both and for recording what was done.

Gold AI is not an adviser. Nothing the platform or this website produces is investment advice, a recommendation, or a representation that any outcome will occur.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for the security of your credentials. If your organisation authenticates through Ventureship single sign-on, your organisation's access rules govern who may reach your account.

You must be authorised to act for the capital a mandate concerns. Where an approval chain applies within your organisation, obtaining those approvals is your responsibility and not something we can verify for you.

A mandate takes force only when you arm it, and ends in full when you stand it down. The limits you set are enforced structurally: the platform will not exceed them, and reaching your loss tolerance stands the mandate down automatically.

You may change limits at any time. A change takes effect immediately and is attributed to the person who made it.

Gold prices move, sometimes sharply and sometimes for a long time. A mandate carried out exactly as written can still lose money. No limit, stop or control described anywhere on this site prevents loss; limits bound exposure, they do not guarantee an outcome.

You accept this risk when you arm a mandate. If that is not acceptable to you, do not arm one.

We commit to the obligations published on this site: continuous enforcement of your limits while a mandate is armed, an append-only record of what was done, escalation to a person when a decision belongs to one, and export of your record on demand.

We publish what the platform commits to and what it has done. We do not publish or otherwise disclose how it is implemented — to clients, press, partners, or anyone else. This is a term of service rather than a preference, and it applies equally in every direction.

Fees for published tiers are as stated on the mandate tiers page at the time you commit. Pricing holds for the full term; nothing contingent is introduced after signature. Reserve tier engagements are agreed in writing.

You may decline to renew at the end of any term. There is no exit fee and no retention negotiation.

We may suspend an account where we are legally obliged to, where credentials appear compromised, or where use of the platform endangers other clients. Where we suspend, we will tell you why, and your armed mandates are stood down safely rather than left in an undefined state.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for market outcomes. A mandate executed exactly as you authored it is executed correctly, whatever the result.

We will give notice of a material change to these terms before it takes effect, and the version in force when you armed a mandate continues to govern that mandate for its term.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ventureship's place of establishment, as stated in your engagement documentation.
